يسعى ديوان المظالم بالمملكة العربية السعودرية وبناءا على خطته الاستراتيجية المتوافقة مع رؤية 2030 للتحول الالكتروني لأتمتة العمليات الإدارية والقضائية ، بنقل جميع خدمات الديوان للافراد من البوابة الالكترونية بحيث تقدم وتعرض كتطبيق للأجهزة الذكية تمكن المستخدم من الحصول على الكثير من المعلومات عن الديوان ومقاره ومحاكمه ومواقعها ، وتصفح المدونات القضائية والاطلاع عليها ، وتصفح الأنظمة واللوائح ، واخبار الديوان والاعلانات والكثير من المزايا الأخرى ، وأيضا يوفر التطبيق الاستعلام عن الخدمات الالكترونية التالية :

1- الاستعلام عن معاملة .

2- الاستعلام عن حالة دعوى .

3- الاطلاع على الجلسات .

4- الاطلاع على الاحكام .

5- الاستعلام التفصيلي عن الدعوى .

6- مواعيدي.

7- قضاياي.

8- اثبات حضور.

9- التحقق من صحة الوثائق .

وبناءا على ذلك ، يسعد ديوان المظالم بان يطلق تطبيقه الرسمي على منصة IOS وأندروريد
